A Rainy Night
Anyone knows why all girls hate so much thunders and lightning, like Kamiya Kaoru. She was calmly sleeping that rainy night and then... "Why does this always happen to me?", she groaned sitting in the futon. "Now this summer storm won't let me catch any sleep. Don't tell me that he's gone again!", she nearly cried. "Oh, Kenshin! No, no, please not, if he leaves again I'm sure he'll never be back...".

2 ) Narue no Sekai
In fact, Narue herself is a little inexperienced in the details of human nature (like, oh, love). Thus, they're like two peas in a pod. It's as if they could wander off alone, away from everyone else, and not care one bit, content in having each other, enjoying absolute ignorance of the world around them (or perhaps I'm just reading too much into the ED animation). Narue shrugs off the critics and doubters because their words don't sting as long as Kazuto believes in her, and Kazuto seems in a state of bliss because Narue actually shows him genuine affection. Of course, I don't have any idea where this will all go, nor do I know if the current feel will continue through the remainder of the series.

Random Stuff
I finished downloading D.N.Angel, but haven't checked it out yet (probably tonight). That leaves me with the second episodes of Uchuu no Stellvia and Narue no Sekai to catch up with everyone. I must say, it's much easier to keep up with many series since I'm working from home, since I can leave the computer up to download stuff all day. Anyways, I'm using this opportunity to catch up on downloading series that apparently everybody saw the last go-round except for me: To Heart, Kanon, Figure 17: Tsubasa & Hikaru, etc.

1 ) Narue no Sekai
Despite my disappointment following a rather dull first episode, I'm more impressed with Narue no Sekai having seen the second. I should be honest and forthright and admit that the show is as formulaic as Kim Jong Il is crazy, but there's one important thing that grabs me: Narue and Kazuto are an adorable couple. Kazuto's your usual helpless, inexperienced dork, but like most helpless, inexperienced dorks in these sort of shows, he means well and tries his best. Now, in most cases, he would either spend the whole series chasing after the object of his affection, but in the case of Narue no Sekai, Kazuto is accepted by Narue from the very beginning. For now, at least, it appears she genuinely likes the poor guy.
